Meeting Called to order by chair Ruth Chapman at 1:00 pm

Units Present: Mecosta, Austin, Aetna, Morton, Millbrook, Colfax, Deerfield, Wheatland, Fork, Hinton, Co. EQ Dept., State ACD.

Ruthy will apply to State for BOR Class in February

ACD Pat explained some of the highlights of the mini review

Old Business:

Board of Review Class will be at the Chippewa Hills High School on Saturday February 19^th, 2011 from 9:00 am to noon, we have about 100 people signed up so far.

Marty will be able to do the class after all, moved by Lucas Supported by Strong to pay Marty $ 300.00 for the BOR class presentation, all ayes motion carried.

There are new Assessment Roll Certification papers beginning in 2011.

Shila handed out some new bullitens since the last meeting.
