Meeting Called to order by chair Ruth Chapman at 1:00 pm

Units represented: Austin, Aetna, Deerfield, Colfax, Martiny, Green, Chippewa, County Eq.

Treasurers report: Balance $ 3,469.18 as of June 30, 2012

                October 16^th, 2012 will be educational class with Susan Hausman to do a 6 hr renewal @ BR Public safety building, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, State pays her cost for class, we will pay for hotel room for 1 night.

Next meeting will be at Hinton Township Hall October 8th, 2012 1:00 pm.
