Meeting Called to order by chair Ruth Chapman at 1:00 pm

Units represented: Austin, Aetna, Deerfield, Colfax, Martiny, Morton,  Big Rapids Twp., Mecosta,
Millbrook, Hinton,  County Eq., State ACD, County Commission.

Moved by Chapman Supported by Strong to approve minutes as printed, all ayes

Treasurers report: Balance $2,248.11as of March 31, 2012

Old Business: Good comments on Board of Review School
          June Class as Mecosta Twp, 6-13-2012, Shila will do 3 hours and Jim Scales will do 3 hours
Lunch will be dine in subs with $5 to cover cost of lunch.
                County will not be going to .NET until August.
                Discussion on Tribunal Cases.

New Business:
                Discussion on Greenhouses
                Educational class for fall, Ruth will get with Susan Hausman to do a 6 hr renewal in October @ BR Public safety building, possibly the week of the 15^th.

Next meeting will be at Martiny Township Hall July 9^th, 2012 1:00 pm.
