Meeting called to order at 1:00 pm by chair, Chapman

Unite present: Austin Aetna, Deerfield, Martiny, Millbrook, Wheatland, Colfax, Morton, Big Rapids Twp., City of Big Rapids, State ACD, Co. Eq.

Motion by Strong to accept minutes as printed, supported by Dolby, all ayes

Treasurers report: Balance $2,066.20

Motion by Strong to suspend meeting to hear Eq. Director ED review supported by Graham, all ayes.

Eq. Director presented her New, Loss, Additions, and Adjustments.

Resumed meeting

Moved by Lucas to retain officers as they are, supported by Lattimore, all ayes.
suggested to make the offices to a two year term when review of constitution in October.

Steve Lasher-possible education class, Vicky Enyor- possible class on Commercial Building class, Shila will check on it.

Question on Computerized tax roll.
